Privacy notice

We store your name, SHR number, region, cell number and email so KZN admins can approve your account, organise volunteers for events, and contact you about events you sign up for. Other members see only your name on event rosters; contact details are visible only to KZN admins. For security, we also record the time and IP address of logins, and keep that for 12 months. Records are kept after events for the region's history. To have your details corrected or your account closed, contact a KZN admin.
